when it comes to double chocolate chip cookies, Justin’s Almond Butter is my absolute jam.

but my new favorite butter to make classic chocolate chip cookies with is cashew butter. you really, actually can’t tell that they’re gluten free… right down to the texture on the flip side.

  2. Thanks for the like on my blog. Just checking out your blog. I LOVE cashew butter too. I used to use almond butter for cookies, now I also use cashew butter and sun butter. The sun butter give a nice sunflowers taste ( I am always trying to sneak in “healthy bits” for my kids….not sure they like that!) Have you also tried hemp hearts?

    • Hi T, I used to use sunbutter as well, but ended up 86ing in favor of the others out of taste pref haha. I have not tried hemp hearts, though. I’ll have to look into them. Thank you for stopping by!
