On Saturdays ~ after Pre-Ballet ~ I soak my air plant and empty my compost.
Lately, I’m half craving a different kind of life. Not because the compost and the air plant summate far too much responsibility; I’m just tired of the constant loud and crazy, all the change while so much of what I would want to be different remains indefinitely the same.
But last week, I heard from an old college acquaintance who reminded me to “never doubt that God does still work in miraculous ways.” So that’s what I’m waiting slash hoping to see: miraculous growth in dry places.
In other news, I decided to try a new airport to get to Columbus. I usually fly out of SFO, but OAK is allegedly closer and less expensive. It was aight. Kind of small, but that’s actually a perk because you’re not traipsing for miles through terminals.

Woot. Hollapraize. Shoutout to the homie, Mike ~ the last of us to graduate high school!! *sentimental tear in left duct* He’ll be spending a gap year in Germany before heading to university to study international communications.
In the coming weeks, I’m planning on wrapping up my Jobs I’ve had series (2 more positions), and will probably inundate this space with more pictures of the ocean. You’ve been forewarned.
