· I haven’t been to Ocean Beach for a full, slow day in what feels like ages, so I’m excited to go tomorrow. It’s supposed to be 62 and windy. Bless.
· I’m also excited to explore and experience the North Carolina coast more deeply when I get back and get settled.
· I’m excited to have lunch with my sensei in an hour or so, and I’m excited about this $7.99 album I just downloaded from iTunes: Stinson Beach Sessions by The Head and The Heart… in part because it was exactly what I was hoping to discover when I logged into iTunes, and partly because I’ve been to Stinson Beach so I feel included. Ha.
· I’m excited to have a slower weekend in contrast to the full, rich, social non-work days I enjoyed a week ago.
