4-ingredient gluten-free Nutella brownies (again)

Baking is so much more enjoyable when your treats are in high demand! Yesterday I made a double-batch of Nutella Brownies to share with my family and a buddy from church who sprained his ten-year-old ankle. As I was doubling the recipe it occurred to me that 5 eggs would probably suffice instead of 6. I’m glad I went along with that inclination because both pans turned out really well. I thought I’d record the higher-yield recipe here for my own reference, and any readers looking for gluten-free baked goods this holiday season:

 (GF) brownies of party proportions

what you need:

1 26ish oz. jar of Nutella + 5 eggs + 1/2 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

what you do:

preheat oven to 350

combine ingredients in a single bowl

mix well, but don’t allow air pockets // bubbles to form

batter will yield two standard circle cake pans, or about a 9×11

bake for 24+ minutes
