basic {chocolate chip} banana bread

In a large bowl, smash 5-6 decent-sized super-ripe bananas. Whisk two room-temperature eggs and add to the bananas. Add 1/4 c olive oil, 1 teaspoon almond extract, 1 + 3/4 c all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder, and chocolate chips {probably 1/2 c}.

Once everything is rustically combined, bake in 9×5 bread pan on 350°F for approximately 1 hour. Let cool for half an hour.
